If we receive more than one application for a kitten, we try to be as fair as possible and use the 'first come first served' rule. The first application will be reviewed and then the second and so on, until a family is selected.
Please note: If the kitten is not offered to you, please do not take it personal. There are lots of amazing families, but when we have a limited number of kittens, we have to make the tough choice of who might be better for that particular kitten's needs, personality etc. We thank you in advance for your understanding!

Once a kitten has been offered,
1. A contract to be signed.

2. A non refundable deposit be made to reserve the kitten. Deposit amounts are as follows:
$500 for a Standard Kilt, $200 for all other kittens.
(This deposit will be put towards the full purchase price of the kitten)
(The deposit will be applied to the kitten in question ONLY. If a family decides they want a different kitten instead, the deposit will not be transferred. A new deposit would be required.)

Bank Transfer, and/or Credit Card (For CC there will be an additional 3% service fee)
No kitten will be held without a deposit. A kitten is still deemed `available` until the deposit is successfully received. The selected family will be given 48hrs to place the deposit. After that time we will assume the family is not interested and will offer the kitten to the next suitable family.
